The Daily Mail warned of the threat to our democracy in 2015 when it revealed of Blair's 2004 Civil Contingencies Act
"Curfews, bans on travel, assembly and "other specified activities", confiscation of property with or without compensation, and, most drastically, the deployment of the armed forces on the streets to quell disorder are among options open to ministers under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004."
"Part 2 of the Act updates the 1920 Emergency Powers Act to reflect the developments in the intervening years and the current and future risk profile."
"But the Counter-Terrorism and Security Bill, now slipping quietly and quickly through Parliament, is in a way even worse. It tells us what opinions we should have, or should not have."
Another "anti-terror" law - Theresa May's Prevent Bill - was described by the Guardian as "extremism in the name of security" and
"'The true danger resides in the extremist and anti-democratic values of Theresa May and her deluded advisers.'"
All this echoes laws brought in by Hitler to enable a legal dictatorship - as it is the cumulation of "laws" not just one single law that allows politicians and former politicians across all parties in the UK Privy Council, we elected to preserve and protect democracy and freedom, to overthrow democracy and freedom and replace it with a fascist dictator state.
And we must ask are SNP leading Better Together, while misleading Scotland - to make Scotland the guinea pig for this new undemocratic order - especially as the Civil Contingencies Act allows for a state of emergency to be declared across the UK or in one devolved area alone?
Especially with SNP, Tories and New Labour MSP's voting together to sieze control of all Scotland's police together, all Scotland's local councils being systematically stripped of all powers and budgets by MSP's and all of it transferred to unelected quangos and the named person legislation being declared unlawful by the Supreme court - stating it is totalitarian in nature which MSP's insist they intend to keep.
We need only look at Germany's history - a referendum was used in 1929 to gain Hilter national recognition and popularity - he then took control of all police and armed them against the people - he then started stripping local councils of all powers and budgets and handed control of the lot to unelected quangos he hand picked - then he appointed named persons to every community to send their opinions on each family to the state - then he politically groomed children's minds - he warned everyone must fear communist terrorists - does any of this sound familiar?

related to preparing Scotland to meet the requirements of the 2004 the Civil Contingencies Act and related legislation
"We continue to face many hazards and threats, from the vagaries of the Scottish weather, to disruptions arising from volcanoes or energy supply issues, and the ever present danger posed by terrorism."
On page 26 under "UK Arrangements" the report states
"When the particular circumstances of an emergency require co-ordination and support from the UK Government, the Cabinet Office will consider mobilising UK Government plans.
If the decision is to mobilise those plans, links will be established with the Scottish Government's corporate arrangements. Where required, the Cabinet Office will appoint the most appropriate lead department to handle the emergency."
This is made easier as Nicola Sturgeon, Alex Salmond, George Reid, Trisha Marwick and Angus Robertson, when receiving the invitation, accepted the offer to become a member of the UK Privy Council (for life) with the likes of Michael Gove, Ian Duncan Smith, Tony Blair, Theresa May, George Osborne and Ruth Davidson.
If - or should I say when - the Westminster Government uses Blair's 2004 Civil Contingencies act to overthrow democracy in all - or part - of the UK - it will be over 600 UK Privy Council members (for life) who will take over control of the UK together.
The same UK Privy Council who is at the heart of a plot to overthrow democracy since the 1920 Emergency Powers Act was put in place - where all roads in this plot lead to Germany and bankers.
With Nicola getting Scotland ready to be the guinea pig for the new legal dictatorship trial - which the Scottish Government calls
"empowered direction"
To this end, the SNP government "Resiliance Division" was set up and the "Ready Scotland" website gives information on emergency planning for Scotland under the 2004 UK "Civil Contingencies Act"- and various other new "laws".
Chapter 5 : Governance Structure gives the Scottish Government "guidance" on "Resiliance" and states
"In the exceptional case of a state of emergency being invoked under the emergency powers provisions of the Civil Contingencies Act, the function of the UK Government may change from consultation and co-ordination to empowered direction. A Scottish Emergency Co-ordinator would be formally appointed with powers to lead and direct a response"
So if a Tory Government in Westminster declares we are now a dictatorship - or a dictatorship should apply to Scotland only, using Blair's 2004 Civil Contingencies Act, the Scottish Government will appoint someone to co-ordinate and implement this dictatorship in Scotland for Westminster.
With MSPs having already taken control of all police, under the pretence of saving money, we now find the most senior Westminster MOD surveillance officer, George Lowther - who used to control all Scotland's army regiments - is now in charge of all public transport in Scotland's capital city.
Is this part of a far reaching well co-ordinated plan to overthrow democracy?
Under cover of the referendum, used to distract Scotland's people from all that is going on, the SNP government's planning document
was issued in September 2014.
On the back of this plan Nicola Sturgeon has set up a "National Centre for Resiliance" (NCR).
This was not the only UK resiliance shocking deal the SNP government did with the Westminster government - under the cover of the referendum - Nicola and Alex did a water shocker deal with Cameron and Clegg for the four of them to create a UK water market together (while Nicola and Alex pretended they wanted to split from the UK) - to steal Scotland's water independence.
And to show further just how resiliant Nicola and Alex are to scrutiny - most people in Scotland and the rest of the UK are oblivous to the following :-
Nicola and her husband right now are using SNP members money to pay senior New Labour figures from England to revise her independence policy - one of them Roland Rudd, the brother of Theresa May's Secretary of State Amber Rudd.
The SNP Government, the Westminster Tory Government and the Labour Party leaders in London are now all using the exact same two people - from the World Economic Forum (who advised and sunk Greece) - to be official economic advisors to all three parties - their joint economic advisors attend Davos jamborees for the elite every year.
SNP senior figures are working with Willie Rennie (Mr Better Together), seven Tory MSPs and a New Labour MSP - and together they have formed a new all party Zionist Alliance and
Senior figures from SNP, Labour, Tory and Lib Dem parties are working together in the Scottish Conservative Party "think tank" - Reform Scotland to orchestrate and discuss all policy decisions together, before they come to parliament - supported by Scottish Conservative Party staff.
You can see most of the SNP players involved are senior ex Royal Bank of Scotland employees (just like Alex Salmond) - the bank that caused all this austerity after Gordon Brown told the financial crisis lie as the start of the austerity - which is their code word for the dismanlting of our democracy.
How do we know Gordon Brown lied - he gave a speech to the people we are told caused the global financial crisis - who are the most senior people in the Council on Foreign Relations in America.
In 2008 Brown gave a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations - headed by David Rockerfeller, Madelaine Albright and the CEO's of Lehman's and AIG - where he said this is the start of the painful birth of the "new world order".
Since then these videos on the CFR website show Nicola Sturgeon, David Milliband, Theresa May and George Osborne have all went trotting over to give speeches to the bosses of the organisations we are told caused the financial crisis.
In 2007 Alex Salmond trotted over to gave a speech to these people and then immediately after the Royal Bank of Scotland was sunk -ex RBS man Salmond - appointed the man who is alleged to have really sunk the bank - Fred the Shred's previous boss and mentor former RBS Chairman George Mathewson (neither of whom were bankers) as his official economic advisor with Alex appointing Mathewson's ex vice chair, Angus Grossart, to turn Scotland into a PFI monopoly board - to sink Scotland in £billions more PFI debt - by stealth for the UK Privy Council Salmond is a member of for life.
As it was the UK Privy Council (with Alex Salmond a member for life) who orchestrated the set up of the "Royal" Bank of Scotland in 1727 with Archibald Campbell, Lord Ilay, appointed its first governor. the man appointed as Lord High Treasurer of Scotland by Queen Anne in 1705 - as the "royals" used this bank to attempt to sink the Bank of Scotland (HBOS was used this time).
As EU "royalty" and their UK Privy Council and Bankers have worked together since 1694 to orchestrate financial crashes in Britain and around the world ever since and the pretence of democracy we all think we have.

Nicola's new emergency planning centre - which is NOT a public body has been set up in Crichton Estate in Dumfries - an estate controlled by the Crichton Trust - another unelected body headed up by a banker.
Crichton Estate was bought by Dumfries & Galloway Council in 1995 - but the council does not control it - as it has been "leased" to the Crichton Trust.

The Crichton Estate is set in 85 acres of beautiful parkland, comprises 27 historic well-preserved buildings, including the iconic A-listed Crichton Memorial Church. - the development company was given a 125 year lease on the site in 2004 - which has now been extended to the year 2170.
The Crichton 2016-2026 plan states
"The Crichton is a project of national importance as a model for the regeneration of a significant historic site and for the delivery of education and training."
The plan revealed the government's official national emergency centre in the Crichton Estate
"will not be a new public body, but rather collaboration between a variety of public bodies and stakeholders in the exercise of their existing functions."
So with Crichton Trust and Crichton Carbon Centre as "core members" of Nicola Sturgeon's " Nation Centre for Resiliance" in preparation for emergencies or a state of emergency who is on the board of this Crichton Trust?
In December 2015 Crichton Trust's 52 year old millionaire hotel owner, chief executive Rob Shaw’s body was discovered in the grounds of his Culgruff House Hotel in Crossmichael after he was reported missing from his home.
Unmarried millionaire Rob Shaw died just 2 days after he is meant to have written a will - not counter signed by witnesses.
This was just weeks after a £200 million deal was completed by Crichton Trust and private investor Jansons Property to create a new university campus, student accommodation and business park.
As part of the plan Nicola wanted a Centre for Research on Resilience (CRR) for Scotland to be established and in the development plan "Funding" section in point 21 it states funding would come from public and private funders.
Jansons and the William Pears Group, owned by Billionaire Mark Pears are involved in building Nicola's National Centre for Resiliance.
The report went on to reveal this was in the same year "Crichton Trust was in talks with potential American partners to create a £60 million five-star, 300-bedroom spa hotel and golf course development."
Eight of the current 12 current board of trustees were appointed just before, or after Rob Shaw's death.
So who are the new order on the board of Trustees of the Crichton Trust Nicola is now relying on as a core member for her national or state of emergency plans and National Centre For Resiliance for all Scotland.
Just a month before Rob Shaw's death, Ian Macmillan joined the Crichton Trust board of trustees and is now the chairman of the board - he is formerly Managing Director, Worldwide Securities Services, J.P. Morgan Europe Ltd.
Alex Salmond appointed JP Morgan man Ian Macmillan to his Financial Services Advisory board along with Angus Macpherson who was on the board of another JP Morgan company, JPMORGAN ELECT PLC.
MacMillan is also chairman of the board of the Cyrians "charity" where Peter Flockhart, currently Head of Commercial Banking for Bank of Scotland in Glasgow, Ciarian McGuigan, Director of Standard Life's Finance Shared Services Centre and John Lawrie, former investment manager for Scottish Provident are "trustees" on the board with him.
Benny Higgins, head of Tesco bank, was also appointd to the Scottish Government's Financial Services Advisory Board
And then Fiona Hyslop appointed him to the board of the body in charge of all Scotland's National Galleries too.
Yet Benny Higgins attempted to offer each online Tesco Bank customers only £25 compensation "goodwill gesture" when their accounts were "hacked" and £millions stolen across thousands of accounts which also resulted in customers being locked out of their own accounts.
Local farmer, Alistair Marshall is not only on the board of the Crichton Trust (since December 2013) but also the Crichton Development company, Scottish Agricultural College (SAC)'s SAC Corporate Trustees Limited and SAC Commercial Limited.
He is also on the board of SRUC - Scotland's Rural College - a registered "charity" formed in 2012 by the SNP government after they merged 4 colleges across Scotland into this "charity" - one of which is Scottish Agricultural College in the grounds of Crichton Estate
This local farmer is also on the board of EVANRIDGE SWEDISH PROPERTY LLP (OC316928) which is affiliated with Evanridge Property LLP where the website asks you to confirm you are a certified high net worth individual or a qualifying person before entering their website,
Evanridge has a former HMRC property tax specialist as their Finance Director who reveals in his Linkedin Profile he specialises in "Swedish Property Investment, Property Investment in Sweden" and
"Evanridge Properties LLP and its affiliates are property and fund managers dedicated to establishing tax efficient international commercial and residential property investments for individual investors in the UK and overseas, as well as small institutions."
Dr Janet Brennan who had just returned returned to Scotland in 2011 after 25 years in The Netherlands, latterly as Head of Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at an American University in Leiden.
She joined the Crichton Trust board in December 2016 - Do behavioural scientists know how will will behave if a state of emergency is declared and democracy overthrown?
Despite being in Holland for 25 years, her profile reveals as well as being a board member of the Crichton Trust

Margaret is a local lawyer who is currently a Consultant with a firm of Jersey Trustees and is involved with Offshore Wealth Management.
The Jersey Trustees are not named in her profile or what offshore wealth management exactly she is involved in and for whom.
Socioligist David Clark, President of Hospice UK (another charity) joined the Crichton Trust board in December 2016.
In 2015 he served the Scottish Government as Consulting Editor to its Strategic Framework for Action in Palliative and End of Life Care and assisted the Scottish Parliament in its enquiry We Need to Talk about Palliative Care.
Sean Duffy joined the board with Ian Macmillan not long before Rob Shaw's death.
Duffy previously worked for FirstGroup, National Express, BskyB, STV and CBS.

Former Chief Executive of Dumfries & Galloway Council, Philip Jones Crichton Trust in December 2016.
Jones took over as Chief Executive of Dumfries and Galloway council after his boss Chief Executive Ian Smith stepped down in 1998 after a range of different scandals engulfed him.
Philip Jones went on to sign a 25 year PFI contract in 2004 with Shanks Group where Shanks caused chaos recently by slashing opening hours at a former council run site - with one councillor saying this will increase fly tipping.
Jones was also instrumental in the development of the Crichton Project and PFI (PPP) schools as well as the Shanks PFI contract - as his own report reveals in December 2004.
In 2010 Philip Jones was embroiled in an "elitism" scandal after the Daily Record reported Jones and three other senior executives got up to 10 years worth of cash added to their pension, with the four of them sharing £1.3 million between them by way of "compensation" for taking early retirement via these extra pension payments and additional lump sums"

Gillian Khosla and her husband became multi-millionaires when they sold their London firm travelselect.com in 2002 with Gillian's husband Vimal Khosla getting a seat on the board of Lastminute.com as part of the deal. He resigned in July 2003.
The new multimillionaire Khosla's moved to Scotland in 2004, after Vimal resigned from the Lastminute.com board and
By 2009 the multi-millionaire Khoslas were reported to be successful racehorse breeders.
Gillian Khosla was appointed to the board of the Crichton Trust in December 2016 and like so many on the big society "charity" new order - is on other "charity" boards as well.
Gillian Khosla's Linkedin profile also revealing she was Chair of a sub group in "Rural Enterprise" - a body funded by the government and the EU.
Gary Mappin was born locally and is a planning and development consultant who is now an equity director of Iceni Projects Ltd, a planning consultancy with offices in London, Glasgow and Manchester.
He says in his profile he visits his home town often - for Crichton Trust board meetings?
Kate Thompson is the last of the Crichton Trust "board of trustees" - a former Assistant Chief Constable, she had strategic responsibility for the delivery of policing across nine local authorities in the East of Scotland and was appointed to the Crichton Trust board in December 2016.
This was after the Herald warned in December 2015
"Scotland's chief police officers face "a near total wipe-out" over the next year as months of high-stress scrutiny take their toll. Under constant political and media fire, fully two out of three deputy and assistant chief constables will quit or retire within the next 12 months, The Herald understands"
Is this so all these former senior police officers - like Kate Thompson can join unelected boards, like Crichton Trust, to welcome in the new undemocratic order?
So we have an RBS team in charge of most of Scotland's budgets - sinking Scotland into £billions more unecessary debt - the most senior MOD and army officer in charge of all of the City's public transport and councils stripped of power and budgets and named persons appointed to every community to report opinions on every family to the state.
And with a luxurious estate, bought by the public but in the control of an ex JP Morgan Europe banker - set up with the Scottish Government's "resiliance centre" should a state of emergency be declared - so they are all sitting on the border - rather than in Edinburgh which looks like the army can easily take over with George Lowther at the helm.
And the resiliance estate run by a former JP Morgan Europe banker and a bunch of well to do people with contacts in government , none of whom have been elected by anyone, at the heart of Nicola Sturgeon's possible state of emergency plan - as part of a non-public body, centred in a private controlled campus that was bought with taxpayers money - they control in Dumfries.
So with these people involved along with a £billionaire property developer building the state of emergency planning centre on a private controlled estate, bought with public money but leased out to Crichton Trust until 2170 - is that how long they forsee any state of emergency lasting with bankers at the helm with the members of the UK Privy Council?
