Thacher stole the milk, Swinney attempting to steal the entire £4 billion annual education budget
Who is John Swinney here to help - because it's not Scotland's children?
In December 2016 the headline in Rupert Murdoch's Sun read "I'LL SAVE OUR SCHOOLS John Swinney vows to ‘turn around’ Scotland’s failing schools after damning report on country’s education system"
But what Swinney and Rupert Murdoch fail to explain is - it was SNP wiping out the entire curriculum, in every state school, and replacing it, against everyone's wishes, for one devised by the Scottish Conservative Party think tank "Reform Scotland" that caused the education disaster nationwide.
Together SNP and the Scottish Tory think tank decided they would call their new curriculum for all state schools the "Curriculum for Excellence".
SNP cancelled 70% of school inspections across Scotland, while this nasty piece of education sabotage was going on - so the nation could not find out the magnitude of the disaster.
Why would SNP deliberately sabotage our entire education system - who could gain from that?
Right now John Swinney is trying to use the disaster, his party deliberately created , as thee excuse to roll out David Cameron and Nick Clegg's Westminster policy - take all schools and the entire £4 billion education budget and privatise control of the lot (forever).
Swinney and Mike Russell and Tory MSPs are working with a known fascist to do this - in conjunction with a "charity" called Hometown Foundation, set up by a man who is trying to resurrect Mosley's fascist black shirt New Party (equivalent of Nazi Brown Shirts) in Scotland- Swinney using the "charity" to approach parents suggesting it would be great for Swinney to fund their schools direct.
The Tories in England using the same dirty tactics - the Tories setting up a "charity factory" to replace councils - Tories setting up their own National Service summer programmes for children (Hitler did the same) and then awarding themselves huge amounts of taxpayers money, from government and Boris Johnston as Mayor of London, orchestrate the rise of the food parcels and using staff they had working free to trick parents into setting up free schools too - the "big" fascist "society".
The fascist, Robert Durward, SNP and Tory MSPs are working with even want to set up his own little black shirt town, outwith democracy, in Scotland- a plan John Swinney and Mike Russell fully support.
So the plan is strip every council of control of the entire education budget (so John Swinney, just like his counterpart, Tory Michael Gove) decides who gets money to educate all children in Scotland even people who want to set up their own (black shirt) schools and towns, out with democracy, all funded direct from government.
You can buy a lot of black shirts and guns and indoctrinate a lot of children this way - with no councillors or parents able to stop them - and of course this means fascists like Durward can be in control of every named person in every single state school.
Named persons - where the first was sharing their fantasies to abuse children with like minded people - MSP's thought that result was so good -every child in deprived areas should have one.
Would you recommend to every parent get a nanny if you found your nanny sharing fantasies to abuse children - but then most of the party "misleaders" don't have children do they.
The supreme court has blocked the named person scheme for now - but Swinney has ignored the supreme court and the named persons trials are still going on - despite the Supreme court stating
Now remember - this fascist Swinney, Mike Russell. Nicola Sturgeon and Ruth Davidson are working with (Tories admit he is a fascist) wanted Tony Blair to introduce martial law and bring the army into schools.
Westminster Tories are setting up army cadet units in schools that are no longer in council control right now.
Now remember SNP implement all these Tory policies by misleading people and by stealth.
Headlines stated two weeks ago SNP say the cadets are not being brought into Scotland's schools - misleading - but Swinney is bringing army cadet units in by stealth - funded by Westminster, and this has already started with the army cadet units "partnered" in 6 schools already, in the Borders, (out of sight is out of mind) claiming the army cadet units will be supporting the Tory "curriculum for excellence" he forced on every single state school.
So who is Swinney trying to help, Westminster Tories and money men.
Swinney invited Virgin Money, as part of an "international panel" to assess the plan (to privatise control of Scotland's entire education budget) - and the international panel said it's great (for them).
As they understand what happens when councillors are no longer allowed to protect education budgets from being plundered.
Nicola giving a hint SNP had a dark agenda while, like Swinney, spelling nothing out when it was reported in the Herald
"The First Minister has said that she does not plan to introduce English-style academies in Scotland, which see schools operate entirely independently of councils.
However, at her manifesto launch last week she emphasised her willingness to consider "things that we didn't previously think we would do" and accepted that some changes in education would prove controversial."
In England, once Mammon was brought into the classroom (by privatising control of the budget and blocking councillors from having any control over education) the Tory party Treasurer was placed on the board of an academy chain to control lots of Schools across England and he started syphoning education funds from each school to a Cayman Island fund, via a stockbrokers he just happens to be on the board of too.
Already American corporations are taking control of England's schools- with their flights, hotel bills and other expenses paid for out of school budgets- when they come over from America to stick their snout in the English education trough -exactly what Swinney is trying to achieve for his international friends too.
Their "autonomous schools" are Gove's free schools, where Swinney will fund Scotland's (struggling to survive private schools) direct from government too - so parents no longer pay fees but their children keep exclusive use of the schools with opportunity to sit 11 subjects while children in deprived areas are hemmed in together in their apartheid clusters.
And every school cluster, controlled by money men and business, restricting children from sitting qualifications, regardless of their ability, will instead be taking poor children out of class to do workfare - they call it a foundation apprenticeship - the foundation being for two years poor children are to work totally unpaid for business instead of working towards getting qualifications to improve their own life chances.
This is being officially rolled out this year and by 2020 every school cluster will be forcing children in deprived areas to work unpaid (in places like McDonalds and Poundland?) in the 5 party apartheid state School Workfare Program - for the corporate bosses who Swinney is putting in charge of every school cluster.
Already they are taking children out of class and placing children in Nursing homes to do this workfare - to solve their social care problems so people who own their own home don't pay council tax increases.
And already to back this up just two weeks ago the Scottish Conservative Party think tank, behind all this, Reform Scotland, with every Scottish party colluding in it, have called for all POOR CHILDREN - only poor children - to have their school day extended - why - so the length of their school day matches their workfare day.
But the man who devised the curriculum for disaster apartheid education system, Kier Bloomer, pedals the ScottishTory Refrom Scotland propaganda that
"Extra time in schools for 'poor children' would 'cut inequality’"
going on to claim
"He believes that failure to get to grips with the gap would be “disastrous”and “condemn people to poor-quality lifestyles”, likely to lead to higher levels of unemployment, a reliance on welfare benefits and higher rates of crime."
So Tories and money men around the UK and across the World are rubbing their hands at the thought of finally being able to also plunder Scotland's entire education budget forever - where school clusters of academy chains can "be brokered" and "rebrokered" - with the help of their low friends in high places.
Turning education into child exploitation.
Powerful representatives (from every Scottish "party") are working together with the Scottish Conservative Party Think Tank Reform Scotland on all this - why Scotland knows nothing of the plot - as all parties are involved (no opposition), all singing from the same hymn sheet or keeping totally silent - so parents and the nation are not alerted and instead treated like mushrooms - kept in the dark by every party and fed manure 24/7.
Now - I say this is a particularly nasty piece of education sabotage, not only because while Thatcher is reviled for stealing the milk Swinney is attempting to steal the entire education budget and establish a fascist state in Scotland - with no local democracy, the police in the control of MSP's and fascists and UK armed forces cadet units part of the school curriculum - with fascists in control of every named person to gather opinions on every family for the state - every party goosestepping on this together as every party and MSP's voted for all these changes together.
But SNP dark agenda and sheer Tory devious spitefulness goes much further than stealing the Westminster model.
SNP decided to also take the opportunity while sabotaging the entire education system to also sabotage the life chances and opportunities for every child living in deprived areas of Scotland.
SNP sneaked in, along with their curriculum for disaster, a change which effectively created apartheid within Scotland's education system - using financial income differences rather than skin colour or religious differences as the chosen 5 party Reform Scotland apartheid state criteria.
Already children living in deprived areas, regardless of their academic ability, are now restricted to only being allowed to study between 5-6 subjects (maximum) while children in affluent areas continue being able to sit up to 8 subjects - in autonomous schools 11 subjects.
Children attending a secondary school in North Ayrshire, one of the poorest areas in Scotland, Nicola's home town, where her mother was Provost now only allow pupils, regardless of abililty, to sit a maximum of 6 subjects in 4th year.
The same is happening in some schools in Glasgow and Renfrewshire and across the rest of Scotland.
Meanwhile children in Tory controlled council's affluent town of Troon (just a few miles away from Nicola's home town) are not restricted to maximum 6 subjects - they are still allowed to sit 8 subjects.
A local family now finds one cousin has been totally disadvantaged as his school in North Ayrshire restricts him to six subjects while his cousin living in nearby Troon can sit eight subjects - despite them both being academically gifted.
The children's grandmother is enraged by this - as her own children went to the state school that is now sabotaging the chances for every child- meaning her grandson will struggle to get to university as his mother and uncles and 2nd cousin (and Nicola) did before him - because Nicola's party and the council her mother headed decided kids from their deprived town should no longer get the same opportunities Nicola did.
Most of the MSP's and councillors who devised this with the Scottish Conservative party Reform Scotland staff - went to university on the back of the state education system they deliberately sabotaged - this is how they reward us for giving them a free university education!
"The maximum number of N4 or N5s that pupils can study for in S4 varies between 5 and 8 depending on which school a pupil attends.
Curriculum for Excellence was supposed to broaden pupils' education. Unfortunately, for some it is narrowing it, at least in the senior phase.
"some schools pupils could sit up to eight exams, similar to the situation under the old Standard Grades, in other schools pupils were restricted to only five – this was regardless of ability or prospects of success.
We are already aware of the attainment gap that exists between the most wealthy and least wealthy areas. This situation means that, in addition, not all pupils are even getting the same opportunity to gain the same number of awards.
This is not an issue about ability, but one of opportunity. An able student at Braes High, for example, will almost certainly end up with fewer N5s than a similarly able student at Bearsden Academy, simply beacause they are not allowed to sit the same number of exams.
This is likely to adversely affect those who leave a school that allows only 5 or 6 exam sittings at the end of fourth year, as they will probably end up with fewer exam results than they otherwise might if they attended a different state school.
For those going on to study Highers, they have a smaller pool of subjects to choose or have to consider more crash Highers.
So not only were SNP content to sabotage the entire education system but decided it was a good opportunity to remove the only opportunity children in deprived areas across Scotland have of improving their life chances based on their abilities - just for the hell of it, because they could.
And to ensure the apartheid is established as early as possible SNP and the other parties have worked together to establish apartheid in nurseries too.
As already council nurseries in the Borders have withdrawn all qualified nursery teachers from their nurseries to ensure parents in deprived areas, most of them the hardworking poor - their babies and toddlers are just to be supervised by untrained staff for 30 hours a week - while parents in affluent areas can afford to top up (at little cost relative to their income) - the free £120 a week 30 hours free child care for each child with the best nursery teachers their money can buy.
Nicola stated she was fascinated by Margaret Thatcher on Desert Island Disks, where she explained what made her tick, even stealing Thatchers lines for SNP campaigns, but Nicola is no Iron Lady - as everything she does she does it by Tory stealth.
Sturgeon and Swinney leading the five Scottish parties - stealing not only primary and secondary education but nursery education from every child in every deprived area - in their new Aparteid system for education across all Scotland - while claiming we will save schools and give the best quality nursery education to every child - while Nicola groomed every parent and child in every school and across Scotland using a referendum - saying like Kaa the Snake "Trust in Me" - we know how that nearly worked out for Mogli.
While John Swinney claimed in (Thatcher and Blair and Clegg) supporting Rupert Murdoch's SUN "newspaper" in December 2016 when an international report slammed the drastic drop in Scotland's education standards (caused by Swinney)
"“That is why last year we launched a comprehensive programme of reform, based firmly on the independent findings of the 2015 OECD review of Scottish education.
“It is by carrying through on these reforms – no matter how controversial – that we can make Scottish education world-class again.
“To put schools and communities at the heart of the education system, we have launched a review of governance, to change the way the system is organised and put parents, teachers and schools in charge.
Parents have complained they cannot understand what he is proposing in the education "reform" consultation - and that is because Swinney is desperately trying to disguise his real agenda - to roll out Westminster Tory policy to privatise control of the entire education budget
Instead of saying "academy chains" and "free schools" he uses the words "clusters of schools" and "autonomous schools" - just as opal fruits were re-branded as starburst - it is still the same thing.
It will not be parents and teachers and schools in charge - Swinney is putting schools into clusters (academy chains) and without an act of parliament (as all this is being done by stealth.
Highland council voted a few weeks ago to strip every primary school of their headteachers, put the primary schools into clusters of six and place one headteacher in charge of each cluster.
Highland chosen to start the stealthy start up of creating academy chain clusters, without an act of parliament, like Cadet Units "partnering" with schools in the borders - as Highland is also out of sight and so out of mind.
But parents in the area are being deceived as to the real plan, with claims "Education chiefs favour the scheme in the hope that it will solve difficulties in recruiting and retaining head teachers and principal teachers to tiny, rural schools." while saying nothing of this five year plot with the Tory party that these clusters will then be placed into private hands to become academy chains in one fell swoop.
And then all Local Education Authority staff will be sacked as each school cluster will be hiring their own consultants (just like academy chains in England) and "education consultants" - like Kier Bloomer from Tory Reform Scotland, will be brought in to plunder the budget, also HR staff will be required for each "cluster" and of course Accountants will be hired to "do the books" for each cluster

The long term plan being international financiers will be in charge - Westminster Tory policy - Swinney's plans so "controversial" he is misleading parents, pupils, teachers and the entire nation to try to do it all by stealth - while he claims with Rupert Murdoch "I'll save our schools"
When in fact it will be mammon in the classroom controlling SNP's nasty Scottish education apartheid system.
