This is the real seat of power in the UK where, in the sheer luxury of Ditchley Park Manor, pictured below, members of the Queen's UK Privy Council (the most powerful former and sitting MP's from Tory, Labour and Lib Dem parties), Lords and Ladies meet in secret with senior civil servants, and bankers from Rothschild's, Goldman Sachs, Bank of England and more.
Governors also include a man who organises the Bilderberg Conferences, Rupert Murdoch's main people and a host of other power brokers in media, corporations, universities and charities from across the UK, America, Canada, Germany - orchestrating financial crisis, illegal wars together and control of media together - led by the "Royal" family.
Members of the Ditchley Foundation are also members of other international groups, formed to ensure the world is run by these interlinked global foundations and trusts which parade as "think tanks".
And we all pay the price - austerity enforced on all of us via plots hatched by the governors in sheer luxury of Chipping Norton's Ditchley Park Manor.
A close friend of Lord Mountbatten and the Royal Family, Sir David Wills (tobacco baron), donated Ditchley Park Manor, in 1958, to be used as a private meeting house for the British Establishment, who run the country from here.
After Germany lost World War I, King George V and UK parliament representative met with American Bankers at the Paris Peace Conference, the bankers who controlled the new Federal Reserve in America, which became operational during the war, agreeing the Bankers would set up Council on Foreign Relations (CfR) in America - Ex UK Prime Minister and UK Privy Councillor for life David Cameron is now a member of the global advisory board with .e.g. Koffi Annan and other political, banking and corporate crooks from around the world.

Charles David Powell, (Baron Powell of Bayswater) a "crossbench peer" in the House of Lords, is also on the Council of the European little brother of CfR set up in 2007 - The European Council on Foreign Relations - representing the UK and Spain. He advised Thatcher and his brother advised Blair (for CfR).
He joined the Queen's "Diplomatic Service" in 1963 and has had a host of international boardroom appointments since he retired to collect his rewards.
At the same time CfR was set up the UK set up the Royal Society of International Relations (Chatham House, in 1920, were secrecy rules along with the recently introduced Official Secrets Act) - to allow CfR and RIIA to work together to control the international financial system - and crash it any time they felt like it together, as the most powerful international weapon of war the world would ever see.
The first attack waged being the Great Depression of 1929, when members of CfR and UK's Chatham House all did very nicely.
After World War II, the Ditchley Foundation was set up in 1958 as the unelected parliament of the UK.
The Chairman of CFR, in America, David M. Rubenstein, is also the founder and chairman of the mighty international Carlysle Group, the largest private equity firm in the world, which John Major (chair of Ditchley Foundation) joined after he retired from politics in 2001.
On 13th May 2001, Ditchley's John Major (UK privy councillor for life) was appointed as the European Chairman of Carlysle Group, a post which put him on the board of several Carlysle Group companies.
Four months later, Carlyle's 2001 investor conference took place on the same day as the twin tower terror attacks - 9/11, 2001, and

In preparation for Brexit, Ditchley Foundation members including David Milliband, George Robertson and Charles Grant set up an unelected EU in 2007.
It is the European little brother of CfR in America - ECfR - The European Council on Foreign Relations - where every EU nation, Switzerland, Turkey and other nations are full members, where, like Ditchley Foundation, each country secretly chooses the Establishment figures who will represent them - why have an elected EU when you can have an unelected one.
ECFR is funded by Rockerfeller bankers as well as George Soros and UK taxpayers via DfID - Soros represents Hungary (the advantages of buying power) with Ditchley's David Milliband and George Robertson representing the UK with a host of sitting MP's, Lords/Ladies and British Establishment figures no one elected.
Rockerfellers also fund CfR in America (Ditchley's David Cameron now a member) and the Trilateral Commission (Ditchley's David Milliband, Francis Maude and other UK power brokers are invitation only members along in the Trilateral Commission along with some of the most powerful people in Americas, EU and Asia).
David Milliband, Ditchley's very busy international politician, all this while Milliband and his brother and the media insist he is completely retired from politics and away doing "charity work".
This is how the world is run - not by Parliaments but by Establishment, media, corporate, university, charity heads across the UK, EU, America and Canada colluding together in organisations they set up and control, where Chatham House (secrecy) rules apply and together they all mislead the nation every day.
With "The Powell Memorandum", published in America in 1971, advised, as Middle Class America challenged the power of the elite and their Vietnam War and corruption, the best way to dominate democracy, instead of the people, was to use the International Chamber of Commerce to set up a network of organisations to ensure in every nation Corporations became the main influence and controllers of politicians and policy and orchestrate how society is shaped and influenced by media so democracy and the people can no longer threaten the establishment's rule - just like the International Ditchley Foundations.
The American Ditchley Foundation was formed in 1964, the current Chairman is a member of America's Council on Foreign Relations (CfR) - the most powerful American "think tank" set up after the end of World War One by American Bankers with King George V setting up Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs (Chatham House - secrecy rules) - an alliance between Bankers and American and British Establishment to collude internationally.
Other directors of the American Ditchley Foundation include more CfR representatives along with senior people from Carnegie, Goldman Sachs, Washington Post, Ambassadors to Germany, Italy, Spain, former Congressmen - the most powerful people in America - like Ditchley UK - where bankers, government, private corporations, university elite and media collude - with the Advisory Committee, like the UK counterparts, a who's who of power.
"In honor of our nation's Bicentennial celebration in 1976, the Ditchley Foundation of Great Britain presented a set of English change ringing bells to the U.S. Congress as a symbol of friendship. The bells were permanently placed in the Old Post Office clock tower in 1983 and are rung at the opening and closing of Congress and for national holidays."
The Candadian Ditchley Foundation was formed in 1981 with the same type of power brokers from Canada.
Prince Philip is heavily involved in the Ditchley Foundation internationally with Prince Philip chairing a meeting at a Ditchley conference in 1976 to mark the bicentenary of the United States.
After the Snowden and Assange intelligence leaks, an international meeting was held by Ditchley Foundation, with some of the most powerful people from security agencies and parliaments from around the world - to orchestrate how they move forward together.
"According to Ditchley's Director Sir John Holmes, (head of the Electoral Commission) he planned the event because
"renewed terrorism threats and the Assange and Snowden revelations have put the intelligence debate back in political minds". The purpose of the conference, he said, was to explore "how can governments achieve the right balance between gathering enough information to keep their citizens safe, without those same citizens feeling that their privacy is being unreasonably invaded?"
More likely they were meeting to decide, now the public knew about mass illegal data gathering and invasion of privacy, how they would orchestrate all bringing in "laws" together to make it "legal" and permanent in each country and how to use the media to whitewash their corruption and pretend it was all about terrorism.
Ten to twelve conferences, like this, are held each year, under Chatham House (secrecy) rules but the Ditchley Foundation website admits in the "Our Purpose" section
"We also want to get better and better at developing the ideas that emerge from Ditchley conversations into policy recommendations and projects, whether for the public or private sector.
Ultimate outputs from Ditchley might be new law or regulations or equally a new company with positive impact."
One article reveals the CEO (Europe) of Keypath Education, which is developing online degrees for British universities, was invited to become a governor where

With another article revealing the advantages of going to Oxford University as Ditchley Foundation and Oxford University students held an event together where
"The speaking programme for the day culminated in a keynote talk on ‘The Future of Power’ with Jami Miscik, who served as co-chair on President Obama’s Intelligence Advisory Board, in conversation with James Arroyo, the Director of the Ditchley Foundation and previously director for data at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office."
So many people from Ditchley appointed to university positions, to control the agenda and groom the brightest of "students" from powerful and poor/middle class families alike to join them and their agenda - guaranteed wealth and power for life when they graduate - many seek positions of power in the National Union of Students and then go into politics, across every political party across the UK as a result - why so many MSP's and MP's now are graduates for Ditchley, as planned.
In 2011 John Major said of Scotland, in a Speech to the Ditchley Foundation
"Why not devolve all responsibilities except foreign policy, defence and management of the economy? Why not let Scotland have wider tax-raising powers to pay for their policies and, in return, abolish the present block grant settlement, reduce Scottish representation in the Commons, and cut the legislative burden at Westminster?"
Then Alex Salmond (a UK privy councillor for life with Ditchley Foundation members since 2007) went to America in 2012 telling the wealthy, powerful Commonwealth Club members

Then, once Ditchley's and New SNP's Devo Max plan was achieved, (SNP proposed it i.e. fiscal autonomy) fellow UK Privy Councillor for life, Nicola Sturgeon, went to America to visit the bankers who caused the financial crisis, who control Council on Foreign Relations, to kiss their feet and swear allegiance saying what a respected bunch they are.

With Ditchley, the sister organisation Saltzberg Global Seminar, based in Austria, and CfR controlling the politicians and the media across UK, America, Canada and EU, the UN and UK privy Council members (all of the above) who went to pay homage to the bankers who caused the financial crisis - that is how the big lie was made simple, they kept saying it and eventually the people had no choice but to believe it - as they were all singing from the same hymn sheet.and so controlling the message globally.
In 2013 the Foreign Office held a discussion on Scottish Independence in Ditchley Park Manor with senior "pro" and "anti" independence representatives - but we don't know who attended or what was said as it is all held under Chatham House secrecy rules.
This then became a discussion in Westminster Parliament regarding defense implications if Scotland said Yes, especially regarding Scotland, the nuclear deterrent and NATO membership - but the Ditchley Foundation secret meeting is where the discussions and decisions were already made - parliaments and political parties just a puppet show for the public.

The governors, a who's who of the most corrupt household name politicians in our lifetime - including bankers, members of the Queen's UK privy council for life from Tory, Lib Dem and New Labour, the Lords, corporate, media, university and civil service power brokers.
This is the UK's Unelected Parliament.

Private educated Hill, a former political lobbyist and PR consultant, worked in the Conservative Research Department (1985–86), special adviser to Cabinet Minister Kenneth Clarke and adviser to Conservative Prime Minister John Major then appointed a Government Education Minister in 2010 by David Cameron and made a life Peer (Baron Hill of Oareford) leader of Tory Lords 2013, UK EU Commissioner 2014 and President Juncker made him EU Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services & Capital Markets Union.
Hill worked as a senior consultant at controversial Bell Pottinger from 1994 until 1998 then founded Quiller Consultants. In 2011 PR Week revealed clients of Quillier Consultants were holding frequent meetings with Cameron's Ministers - Hill's company now headed by one of Chancellor George Osborne's close friends.
Lady Mills, Sir David's widow is the honorary life president of the Ditchley Foundation.

The Lord CHADLINGTON OF DEAN, (Peter Selwyn Gummer, brother of Tory MP John Selwyn Gummer) Chief Executive, Huntsworth plc. Currently President of the Witney Conservative constituency association (David Cameron's constiuency in Chipping Norton) where in 2011 Cameron stood accused of not declaring a land deal he did with his millionaire friend and neighbour Gummer.
