It was highlighted to me on Monday a new "Act of Union" Bill is being introduced in the House of Lords on Tuesday 9th October 2018 by ex civil servant Lord Lisvane - real name Robert James Rogers, who was made a "life peer" in 2014, . Lisvane was private educated at a boarding school and then went on to Oxford and is a "freeman of the City of London" and no one has ever elected him to represent them - the Queen's old boy network selected him.
So who else is in control of and proposed this new "act of union" to ensure the Queen's personal invitation only political party, her UK Privy Council Party, keeps control of the 4 nations and runs the 4 nations together forever.
Constitution Reform Group (CRG)
This "bill" is being put forward by the "Constitution Reform Group" a private company set up in 2015 by the chairman of the group, the Marquess of Salisbury - who is the only director.

"The Constitution Reform Group also recognises that we do not have much time. The initiative and the momentum are with the separatists both in England in Scotland. We launched this public debate with a short paper in September 2015, followed by an Act of Union Bill which was published in July 2016."...
"The Group already has the interest and support of parliamentarians in both houses and we hope that, as momentum builds, the Government will see fit to respond, perhaps by establishing a Speaker’s Conference to agree the terms of a new Act of Union. This Act, once passed, could then be put to the electorate in a post-legislative referendum."
So who is involved in this quiet plot to push through a new Act of Union between the four nations that no one in Scotland has been told about?

The Marquess of Salisbury's real name Robert Michael James Gascoyne-Cecil who became an MP for the Tories in 1979 - educated at Eton and Oxford and a merchant banker, the seventh consecutive generation of his family to become a Tory MP who opposed sanctions against Rhodesia. His strong opposition to any involvement by the Republic of Ireland in Northern Ireland led him to oppose the Anglo-Irish Agreement and contributed to his decision to retire from the House of Commons in 1987 - UK Privy Councillor for life John Major placing him in the Lords in 1992. He was made Lord of the Privy Seal from 1994-1997 - a role without any job but gets a ministers salary - for doing nothing as the role was made redundant centuries ago.
In January 2010, Lord Salisbury and Owen Paterson hosted secret talks at Hatfield House, involving the DUP, the UUP and the Conservative Party. These talks prompted speculation that the Conservatives were attempting to create a pan-unionist front to limit Sinn Féin and the Social Democratic and Labour Party at the general election of 2010.
He is a Deputy Lieutenant of Hertfordshire for the UK privy council - to ensure the elite rule in every area and keep tabs on every area and what is happening - any threat to their complete unelected power and control over us.

He became an Ulster Unionist MP from 2001-5 and then a member of the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Northern Ireland for South Antrim from 2003-9.
His fellow MP Jeffrey Donaldson has been in the Queen's UK privy council for life since 2007 - the UK privy council that seeks to keep the power over all 4 nations undemocratically using the original Act of Union and now one they are having rewritten by their friends for them - as this man David Burnside resigned from politics in 2009 "to concentrate on his business interests."
