John Swinney chose Rupert Murdoch's Sun newspaper to give an "exclusive" in 2016 to say he would be making unpopular changes to all education in Scotland - but he did not spell out what the changes would be.
The story does not tell the nation that it was SNP "reforms" that have caused the disaster across every school in Scotland - as it was SNP who enforced the national curriculum devised by the Tory think tank Reform Scotland on every single council and school across Scotland - with Swinney trying to blame councils for their Tory reform disaster.
Why would SNP deliberately sabotage the entire education system of Scotland?
The SNP government want to take the entire £4 billion education budget out of every Scottish councils hands - so they needed to be able to claim education is a disaster zone to justify it - so stage one was their national curriculum so they could use this disaster to enforce stage 2 of the Westminster policy to take all schools and budgets out of council control.
i.e. to take all budgets and powers from local councils for education and transfer it to bankers and fellow Scottish establishment sorts hand picked to sit on unelected bodies to control all the power and budgets for Scotland for education.
Alex Salmond also appointed David Cameron's cabinet office member, Moi Ali (left) to control all ambulances and all police for all Scotland (why they formed a "national" police force to steal all powers and budgets from every elected councillor in Scotland too - and both have been in chaos and unnaccountable ever since - with the Scottish Police out of control and the SPA failing every audit due to disastrous financial management and overall management of policing - which is the same plan for education budgets of every council.
The Westminster policy is to take all schools and their budgets out of council control (i.e. the budgets totalling £35 billion and place it all in the hands of bankers and the likes - they called it the academies bill and it had to be voted through parliament.
The academies bill created free schools (private schools now funded by our taxes) and academy chains (of state schools) that anyone but elected officials control the budgets for.
SNP have been desperately trying to implement this Westminster policy in Scotland and have been caught with their pants down while desperately attempting to deny this is the plan.
They have tried calling free schools "autonomous schools" instead and "academy chains" clusters of schools instead in desperation to disguise their true intentions.
SNP followed Michael Gove's move to bribe all headteachers with cash they can spend any way they like if they back the Westminster plan being implemented in Scotland - in England headteachers use the bribe for sex games and to employ their family and give illegal contracts - because they are accountable to no one for the £millions of bribes given by politicians so they will not object to the privatisation of education budgets and private control of all schools.
And because John Swinney does not want Scotland to know what he is up to with Moi Ali from England - he has just announced he will NOT be putting a bill before parliament as he does not want the Scottish nation to stop him - instead he will illegally implement the Westminster policy via COSLA to take the entire Scottish education budget out of democratic hands forever.
John Swinney confirmed on 26th June 2018 while we were distracted with the world cup - he was using councils instead of putting a bill through parliament - and has said all this will be "fast tracked" via councils so the people of Scotland do not realise what is going on and don't have a chance to stop it.
This at the same time SNP attempting to remove all student funding from every council and set up a central body of unelected people to force students doing college courses to take on £8k debt every year they attend college - so they are in great debt with every student at university to have their student debt increased by 68% as SNP with bankers plan to say student loan debt for every university student to increase from £4,500 to £8,000 - so every child in Scotland is in £8k debt for every year of their education after school.
SNP got the CEO of Virgin Money (ex RBS) to put forward the SNP plan for them insisting our children at college should have the same student loan debt every year as university students - despite the fact they cannot get the same jobs.
And - just like this plan to enforce Westminster tory education policy to privatise control of Scotland's entire £4 billion annual education budget, SNP have kept it quiet - waiting until schools, Colleges and universities all closed for holidays on 30th June before putting forward the consultation so no students or their parents are aware of the plans to get every child in Scotland to pay up to £32k for any education after school with the consultation stopping before students return.
This is totally illegal - as Chic Brodie, ex SNP MSP, who used to be on the Scottish Government education committee, confirmed live on Irvine Beat live radio talk in last year that this cannot be done by any council and the Scottish Government must put a bill forward in the Scottish Parliament to take all schools and their budgets out of council control - was this why he lost his seat as he was left with no choice but to reveal the truth of this plan and that it was actually illegal.
This shocking effectively fascist move by John Swinney and COSLA (every political party in Scotland) shows sheer contempt for the people of Scotland and for democracy.
I challenged Chic Brodie about SNP plans to implement this disastrous Westminster Tory policy in Scotland just before the last Scottish election - and he attempted to abuse the English language to fool listeners by repeatedly saying "the Scottish government has no plans to take schools out of council control" as he did not want radio listeners to know the truth.
I told Chic Brodie SNP MSP he was playing with words because the SNP plan was to use councils to do it illegally instead of his "government" putting a bill forward - he repeatedly attempted to deny this plan and then was forced to admit, when I would not back down and kept providing listeners with evidence - it would in fact be illegal for councils to do this and it must be done via a bill being voted through the Scottish Parliament.
(Chic had said earlier we could trust him as - he should know - he said - because he was a member of the Education Committee in the Scottish parliament).
This SNP MSP took over hosting the radio talk show in the run up to the Scottish election - again so SNP could abuse their power to take over radio stations so they could cover up the truth - again why no government should be allowed to take over local radio talk ins.
Local people complained about Chic Brodie taking over the show and after he was caught misleading the public instead of the original hosts being returned the talk show was blocked until the election was - over so local people could not talk with each other to expose what is really going on in our parliament during the election campaign.
And now we find Chic Brodie's grudged admission and my warning of what the SNP Government were up to were in fact true - that SNP government intended to NOT put their academies bill equivalent through parliament - so the entire nation was kept in the dark and there was no national debate and by pass parliament to get COSLA to do it via every council and so every councillor of every political party including independents as the corrupt criminal political class of Scotland unite in a desperate attempt to steal the entire annual £4 billion education budget out of democratic control.
When every political party knows the Scottish people will NOT ACCEPT Westminster Tory policy that has been a disaster for children across the whole of England and all schools - and they decide to implement it without putting forward a bill in the Scottish parliament this proves the utter contempt every political party has for all of us.
Time to oust every single political party in Scotland - the parties to corruption and unite against the political parties illegally united against democracy and the people of Scotland - just so bankers and their pals can get their hands on our entire education budget - this is totally illegal by the SNP government and COSLA and time we stand against them all - because they are stealing from every child in Scotland - Thatcher stole the milk - the political class attempting to steal the entire education budget and so every child's future life chances to feed their pals greed.
