Scotland now finds itself with ominous parallels to Nazi Germany - as members of the Scottish Parliament are following the exact same policies to turn a democracy into a fascist state.
Hitler used a referendum in 1934 to gain national popularity and divide the nation - the referendum was associated with widespread intimidation of voters and widespread election fraud - exactly what happened in Scotland. Ominous Parallels.
Hitler - gradually stole the powers and budgets from local democracy and set up central unelected quangos, filled them with hand picked people to replace local democratic power with centralised undemocratic, unaccountable power. - That is exactly what MSP's have done. Ominous parallels.
Hitler formed a national police force so the government controlled police who immediately became unaccountable, lacked openness and lacked oversight.
This is exactly what has happened in Scotland, and to ensure this happened both SNP and Labour proposed the same policy - to take all policing out of local democratic hands with no oversight, no openness and no accountability - the very definition of a police state.
The police state
As a result police immediately began illegally stopping and searching men, women and children in a Scotland wide campaign, armed themselves with guns, and tazers and started putting hoods over men, women and children to detain them - all without consultation, without oversight and without a process to record the use of these weapons against the public.
Police used unlawful stop and search methods in a nationwide campaign which resulted in over 12% of the Scottish population being stopped and search in the first year of the formation of the "national" police force - a stop and search rate nine times higher than New York and far higher than London Met - and far higher than before MSP's took all police out of local democratic control.
After police armed themselves for routine duties, to stop the public outcry, MSP's and their Police Chief claimed armed police would no longer be used in routine duties.
This proved to be untruthful by MSP's and Police, as police then continued to routinely arm themselves for routine duties - proving there was absolutely no oversight or openness or accountability.
And now, Police Scotland, without consultation again, announced they are increasing the number of armed officers and the amount of arms in use and they WILL be using them for routine duties - without consultation or oversight or accountability.
Human rights lawyer Aamar Anwar said
"the country was in danger of “sleepwalking into increased militarisation of our police”.
MSP's and their police demonstrating again and again and again they are determined to arm the police against the Scottish people against our wishes and allow them to operate without oversight, without accountability and without openness - the very definition of a police state, as Hitler did.
Police, without consultation have also started putting hoods over people's heads, men, women and children (they call them "spit hoods") - while many English forces refuse to use them.
Unlike other police forces, the national (MSP's) police force do not have a full open system which records the use of and outcome of use of tazers and spit hoods.
Police Scotland were asked how many children they had hooded to restrain them - they refused to answer but an FOI request later revealed Police Scotland finally revealed in 2017 how many times they have put hoods over people's heads to detain them since 2011 - nearly 3,000 times.
"The cases included 91 children and 635 people with suspected mental health problems."
"“Spit hoods can restrict breathing, create disorientation and can be dangerous and extremely distressing … Serious questions must be asked as to whether these restraints which have been criticised for breaching human rights guidelines should actually have a role in modern British policing.”"

Police chiefs are not only acting against the nation, they have been caught illegally spying on their own officers and journalists, again despite admitting they did indeed do this absolutely no one was held to account. Ominous parallels.
A named person for every family in Scotland - unlawful and totalitarian ruled the supreme court
Hitler appointed named persons to every community to gather reports on every single family - and took control of education and children's minds, education out of local control and telling children they could not trust their parents - with anyone moving house being reported to the government and the named person of the community they moved to informed to keep track from now on.
This is exactly what MSP'S have done - to make the state mother and fatherland of all children - MSP's have been systematically changing different laws and introducing new ones to achieve this.
MSP's and their "equality commissioner" lied about the need for marriage law changes due to equality law - to allow men to marry men and women to marry women - despite civil partnerships being introduced.
They did this as their real goal was to change marriage laws purely to remove the words mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandmother and grandfather from all Scots law - to undermine family connections and to stop school teachers and the NHS and everyone working with our children to refer to their mother and father and to allow social work to stop referring to children as your son and daughter.
This then sets the scene for the state to be the mother and fatherland of all children - which is exactly the next move MSP's (all 129) made - illegally.
MSP's ruled together, every child must have a named person appointed to them and state files kept on the families of Scotland.
The children's commissioner was given new powers to go round every school to tell every child in Scotland, they should report their mother and father to the Children's commissioner if their parents "make them unhappy".
A "theatre" group has been touring primary schools across Scotland to teach children to chant songs together saying they have a name to protect them (named person to protect all of them against their own parents) and "they have rights" - without the children realising their mother and father are having all their rights removed as parents.
Every child is now being questioned, nursery, primary and secondary schools, without consulting parents or gaining their permission, asking children about their parents and their home life, and their sex life, with answers being analysed by psychiatrists without the children being aware of this agenda - with children as young as 9 being asked to give consent to answer questions they have not even seen in advance.
With Named Person legislation meaning MSP's have effectively also overruled abortion law as their "law" states every pregnant woman must have a named person appointed to the child in her womb from 6 months gestation - but abortion law states it is not a child until after it is born.
Nicola Sturgeon is forcing taxpayers to pay for infants to be in nursery 30 hours a week - so named persons can gather information and this allows the state to indoctrinate Scotland's children from infancy in this new mother and fatherland where children no longer officially have mothers or fathers (just parent 1 and parent 2).
With Nicola Sturgeon funding a "theatre" i.e. feminist dressed as a dinosaur, to go round going round nurseries telling 3 year olds you are not really a boy or a girl - you might be GBLT and if you are not - you are a "cis-gender" child being oppressed by the patriarch society to think you are a boy or a girl, and that pariarch society is messing with your little three year old head.
This is why the Supreme Court ruled named person legislation as unlawful, warning
"The first thing that a totalitarian regime tries to do is to get to the children, to distance them from the subversive, varied influences of their families, and indoctrinate them in their rulers’ view of the world"

"However, judges said specific proposals about information-sharing "are not within the legislative competence of the Scottish Parliament".And they said the legislation made it "perfectly possible" that confidential information about a young person could be disclosed to a "wide range of public authorities without either the child or young person or her parents being aware".
With judges stating they were greatly concerned about the lack of safeguards.
All this is, MSP's claim, for the children's wellbeing - the supreme court ruled this was also not a legal definition - it is too vague - MSP's did this on purpose, Ms Sturgeon is a family lawyer, as this means the state can intervene for any reason "wellbeing" a wonderful catch all word."
"The trouble is, a Government-funded leaflet says “wellbeing is another word for how happy you are”. Elsewhere the Scottish Government say it can mean “a wider vision of happiness”. How can the state monitor the happiness of every child?
Your child can be referred to a children's panel for their "wellbeing"
They used the same word "wellbeing" to sneakily change the entire children's panel system, a year before the named person legislation (same man helped devise named person unlawful legislation).
Local councils controlled the children's panel system and people were selected locally to serve.
In 2013 legislation went through the Scottish Parliament, without meaningful consultation (and without the knowledge of named person coming legilsation which dove tails with this to be added next), to set up a National Central panel which now chooses every children's panel member for all of Scotland (no longer locally chosen) - and any child can be referred for their "wellbeing" until 18 years of age.
So named persons can use children's "happiness" which cannot be measured to refer them to children's panels for their "wellbeing" - despite children doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Social Work and NHS also out of democratic control
Every social work department across Scotland is now out of council control and our entire NHS has been dismantled, only hospitals now the only thing in NHS board control - every other NHS service and all social work has been merged and boards set up to "commission services" with all budgets and powers now in "commissioning bodies hands"
It's not just the powers and budgets out of council hands - as now one councillor from each party sits on the "commissioning board" with some NHS unelected board members and they "commission services together" - proving every party is dismantling our entire democracy together and working together to implement Westminster Tory policy to outsource and commission - privatise - all parties sneaking this through while they distracted us with the Indy ref.
More local democracy dismantled - as now social work for East Ayrshire and South Ayrshire is conrolled by a councillor from each party in North Ayrshire who are not accountable to anyone in East or South Ayrshire.
All schools and education and the entire budget out of democratic Hands
Just two weeks ago John Swinney announced he is taking the entire £4 billion education budget out of local democratic control - and every school - but he refuses to put a bill through parliament as that means holding a discussion with the nation - all five Scottish parties together decided to get away with this - they will circumvent parliament entirely - which is totally illegal - and get COSLA (all councils across Scotland) to FAST TRACK it - so the nation has no idea what is going on.
Here is the plan that SNP and COSLA together - every Scottish party - are fast tracking without your knowledge - which is Westminster Tory academy chain and free school policy without an act of the Scottish Parliament.
With councillors in Aberdeenshire already voting to put six primary schools into one cluster (academy chain) in preparation to take them all out of council control.
The councillors also voted, all against the wishes of local people, to remove five of the six headteachers, so there is only one head teacher - meaning all the bribes John Swinney announced headteachers would be given (Westminster Tory policy) he pretends is to help children on free school meals goes into one headteacher's hands for six schools.
But, just like Westminster, this "extra money" is not for children on free school meals who are living in deprivation - Swinney cleverly gave every child in every school between P1 and P3 free school meals, purely so when this policy was announced every single school gets a pot of money for the headteacher to use any way they want, unaccountable to anyone.
This means this "cluster" of schools, with one head teacher, will ensure one headteacher is bribed with the money, meant for children in deprivation, for all six schools, without accountability to anyone, likely over £1million, to use any way the head teacher wants, exactly like Michael Gove did in England where headteachers abused the cash to enrich themselves and their families with children getting no benefit.
This also means all headteachers opposed to John Swinney's plans are removed.
This is what happens when schools are taken out of council control - that's just the bribe money - headteachers will not control the budgets for schools (the £4 billion) instead unelected regional boards (quangos filled with cronies) will - who will, like headteachers, be accountable to absolutely no one locally - councillors will have no say in education and Local education authority staff will all be made redundant as they are no longer required.
This one Headteacher will decide the entire curriculum for all six schools, any way they please, even able to involve MOD army cadet forces against the wishes of the nation which John Swinney is doing right now by stealth too.
Army involved in Schools - just like Hitler
Westminster and the MOD requested army cadet units be affiliated with schools (as kids are no longer joining the army)
And while John Swinney made headlines on 7th Feb 2017 with claims army cadet units ruled out for Scottish State Schools, to lull Scotland's people into a false sense of security, once again we find the complete opposite to be true.
Just three days later a report it was revealed John Swinney has picked an area of deprivation to involve army cadet units in the schools, as reported in an online report in Dumfries, not in national papers, revealing

The MOD spokesperson knows exactly what John Swinney is really doing than anyone in Scotland.
The story revealed, despite John Swinney's very public claims, his plan is to allow army cadet units to develop an official Scottish curriculum subject as a Scottish Government spokesperson explained
"“There is no change to Scottish Government policy and there is no proposal being progressed to introduce the UK Government scheme and establish cadet units in Scottish schools."

This is MSP's jumping through language and policy hoops to disguise a policy that goes further than Westminster and MOD asked - which is allowing army cadet forces to be involved in not just every school in Scotland but the entire Scottish education curriculum again by stealth and without consultation.
And once again we find every Scottish party knows about the plan for army cadet forces developing a subject for school children - as they are implementing (as they are implementing taking every school out of council control) - proving once again there is absolutely no opposition to this fascist move no different to Hitlers' - for Westminster - all done in secrecy and with outright misdirection by John Swinney as all five Scottish political parties know even SNP Youth section called MOD plans for ACF involvement in schools a cannon fodder policy.
This is why the trials are being conducted in Dumfries - out of sight out of mind - Again ignorance is strength and ominous parallels.
All Scotland's children to take on £8k debt for every year after school they want an education - college or university.
And SNP waited until all schools, colleges, universities went on holiday on June 30th last year, to sneak out a proposal by CEO of Virgin Money (who left just before the RBS crash to become CEO of Virgin money) regarding all student funding for Scotland.
Every child in Scotland will be taking on £8k debt for every year they are at college or university - this ex RBS banker and CEO of Virgin Money wants "parity" believing every child in Scotland should take on £8k debt a year for a basic college course or a university degree - despite the fact there is no parity in the jobs they can apply for .
MSP's are treading carefully and looking to gradually sneak the changes through over time - a bit at a time as they have done with everything else they don't want us to stop them from doing.
The SNP minister gives the impression children will get an £8k bursary - but if you actually read the words she cleverly say "care-experienced" students will get £8k bursary - a tiny tiny amount of children who have been in care - every other student at college or university - regardless of how poor their parents are won't see an £8k bursary - and the plan is eventually they will see £8k debt - which this article and the Scottish minister hides from the nation as she does say she wants to make more changes.
Our children are to be cash cows and education is the best way to get them ALL in debt - when I left school the government gave me benefits until I got a job, they paid me to go to college. The consultation ended before the schools, colleges and universities came back from the holidays last year - to ensure they were NOT consulted - not a single university student I asked knew anything about these proposals but these proposals will be pushed through by stealth like everything else - a bit at a time.
And right now, just two weeks ago, John Swinney announced all schools are to be taken out of council control without an act of parliament, with the SNP agreeing with every other party and COSLA - instead they would illegally by-pass parliament and COSLA (councils) would fast track the outsourcing of control of every school and the entire £4 billion annual education budget forever - the CEO of Virgin Money (ex RBS) thought is was a wonderful plan too.
All five Scottish "political" parties agreed this would be the best way to implement Westminster Tory policy - fast tracked - to ensure the Scottish nation does not find out - as an act of parliament means a full consultation with a nation who would never agree.
Piecemeal Conquest war tactic - without a shot fired - fait accompli
When five parties agree together to push through policies totalitarian in nature, without consultation, without honesty and often in complete secrecy with a definite goal in mind - ensuring by all party agreement there is no one to warn the nation - that method is a known war tactic against your enemies - it's called Piecemeal Conquest - make changes a little bit at a time, taking little bites at power and budgets to transfer them slowly, introduce more student debt and less student bursaries a bit at a time, over time, with no party in disagreement to warn anyone or give the reasons why this should not happen, piecemeal conquest, ominous parallels.
